Though the area seems to be awful, the place is really close to the trams, the North Pier, the main attractions.

The property was clean and brilliant. A beachfront restaurant offered international meals. We loved very professional staff and owner. The service was exceptional, best stay. The furniture was tasteful, the room was immaculate. Having bathtub was great.
